Research Interests:

• Using mathematical models of images acquired using multi-detector Computed Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (structural and functional) to conduct population based analysis of shape and motion in cardiac disease (ischemic and non-ischemic cardiomyopathy).
• Analyzing brain development and aging process using diffusion MRI and deformation based morphometry.
