Available are some of the data that were generated by our research team. These data involve genetic, proteomic and imaging for cardiac research and have been published in research journals.
Application of stochastic and deterministic modeling is used in our research to simulate channels and other components of cardiac myocytes. These models are freely available for use by the research community.
Source code is primarily used as input to the process that produces an executable program (i.e., it is compiled or interpreted). The source code on this webpage is freely available for use by the research community. Commercial applications of this software require contact with/approval by our development team.
